Delivery & returns

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation with tracking information so you can follow your package all the way.
If you wish to return an item, we offer a 14-day full right of return from the day you receive your order. The item must be returned in unused condition and in original packaging. Once we have received and approved the return, the amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 5 business days. Return costs are generally covered by the customer, unless otherwise agreed.
