Refund policy

30-day returns

You have 30 days from the day you receive the item to tell us that you want to cancel your purchase. The period starts when you, or a person you have designated, have received the item. For collection at a parcel shop, it starts at collection. If you receive items from the same order in several deliveries, the period runs from the last item.

The same return terms apply throughout the period. Offers and sale items are included. The 30 days extend your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal and do not limit your other rights as a consumer.

How to tell us

Write to antonsenshops@gmail.com and state clearly that you want to cancel your purchase. Please include your order number and the items concerned. You can use the form below, but it is not required. The message must be sent before the period ends. Your cancellation does not require our prior approval.

It is not enough to simply not collect the parcel or to refuse delivery. Please also tell us clearly that you are cancelling.

Return shipment

Return the item without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have told us. The return address is:

We send you return instructions and a return label when you contact us about your return. You can also arrange the return shipment yourself. You pay the cost of return shipping when you cancel, unless otherwise agreed. For a justified complaint, we pay the necessary costs.

Pack the item securely and keep proof of shipment. You are responsible for the item until we receive it. We do not accept parcels sent cash on delivery.

Try the item as you would in a store

You may examine and try the item to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning. This also applies to clothing and shoes. Use or handling beyond what is necessary may reduce its value, and you are liable for that. In that case we may deduct the documented reduction in value from the refund.

Original packaging and tags should be included if you still have them. Missing packaging or tags do not in themselves mean that you lose your right of withdrawal.

Refunds

We refund the payment for the returned items and the original standard delivery. If you chose a more expensive delivery option than the cheapest standard delivery, the extra cost is not refunded.

Refunds are made without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we have received your notice of cancellation. We may withhold the refund until we have received the item back or proof that it has been sent, whichever comes first.

We use the same payment method as for the purchase, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise with us. We do not charge a fee for the refund.

Wrong or defective item

Contact us if you have received a wrong or damaged item, or if a defect appears later. You have a 2-year right to complain about defects under the Danish Sale of Goods Act and must complain within a reasonable time after you discover the defect. A message within 2 months of discovery is always on time. See more in our terms of service.

A different size or item

You can return the item under the rules above and place a new order for the size or item you want. Contact us if you need help.
