Shipping policy

Delivery with GLS

We deliver to all EU countries except Ireland and Malta. In Denmark, Sweden, Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium, France and Finland you choose your parcel shop at checkout. In the other EU countries we send your parcel to the GLS ParcelShop nearest to your delivery address. The parcel is sent with GLS to the parcel shop you choose at checkout.

Shipping cost

The shipping cost and the total price are shown at checkout before you confirm your purchase. Shipping is free in Denmark on orders over DKK 500. The shipping cost to other countries is shown at checkout.

Delivery time and tracking

You receive an email with tracking when your parcel has been sent. If you need an item by a specific date, you can contact us at antonsenshops@gmail.com before ordering to get the current expected delivery time.

Unless we have agreed on a different delivery time, the Danish Sale of Goods Act applies: delivery without undue delay and no later than 30 days after the agreement was made. In case of delay you can exercise your rights under the Act, including setting a reasonable additional deadline and cancelling the purchase if the item is still not delivered. If delivery at a specific time is essential and agreed with us, you can cancel the purchase without an additional deadline under the rules.

If the parcel does not arrive

Contact us with your order number if the tracking is not updated or the parcel does not arrive. We will help investigate the shipment. We carry the risk for the item until you have received it.

Collection and returns

Follow the collection deadline in the message from GLS. If you want to cancel your purchase, you must tell us clearly. Not collecting the parcel or refusing delivery does not in itself count as a cancellation. See our refund policy about 30-day returns, the return address and refunds.
